Bobby’s Bar Crawl – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and participating in Bobby’s Bar Crawl (“the Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
By purchasing a ticket and participating in Bobby’s Bar Crawl (“the Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2. Age Requirement
All participants must be at least 18 years old. Valid physical photo ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID card) may be required at any venue. Digital copies may not be accepted.
3. Ticket Purchase and Entry
Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the booking confirmation. Participants are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the Event and are not entitled to a refund.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, venue closures, safety concerns, severe weather, staff illness, or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date. Requests to change the booking date may be accommodated at the organiser’s discretion, subject to availability.
5. Venue Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the route, venues, or schedule at any time due to operational reasons, venue availability, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
6. Right to Refuse Participation
The organiser and participating venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who:
- Is excessively intoxicated,
- Behaves aggressively or inappropriately,
- Fails to present valid ID,
- Does not comply with venue policies, or
- Poses a risk to themselves or others.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own behaviour, alcohol consumption, belongings, and personal safety throughout the Event.
8. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
- Injury, illness, or accidents,
- Actions or omissions of third-party venues or other participants.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Health and Fitness to Participate
Participants confirm that they are fit to participate and understand that the Event involves walking between venues and the consumption of alcohol.
10. Photography and Video
Photos and videos may be taken during the Event and used for promotional purposes, including on social media and the organiser’s website. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify the host at the start of the Event.
11. Force Majeure
The organiser is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Personal Data
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and used solely for booking administration and customer communication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
